Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, then shipped. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days within the US.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@brightearthyvibesco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering, as we can't accept returns for sizing issues alone.
