Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of damage, odors, or alterations
  • In original packaging where applicable

Because our products are print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues alone — please refer to our size guides before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@brightearthyvibesco.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days
